This is why Mount Vernon Baptist Church is excited to host the How to Study the Bible Course brought to you by Carolina College of Biblical Studies.
Join CCBS's signature 16-week class at Mount Vernon Baptist Church, taught by Mr. Richard Hovater. The $50 registration fee includes two textbooks and a Bible!
Who: Open to anyone in the community, age 16 and older.
When: Each Thursday from January 15 - May 7, 2026 at 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Where: 3184 County Line Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28306

Dear Church Family,
We had a great first practice last Sunday for our Christmas
Program! Thank you, parents, for bringing your children out.
Thank you, kids, for the great job you did, listening and
cooperating. Thank you, adults who volunteered to do other jobs.
If anyone else would like to join, we would love to have your
participation.
Our next practices will be on the following Wednesday nights at
6:00 pm, skipping the first Wednesday of each month and
skipping October 22 nd : October 8, 15 and 29. November 12, 19
and 26. December 10 and 17. That gives us eight more
practices! ��
The Christmas Program will be on Sunday night, December 21st
at 6:00pm. We are asking Church members to please bring
refreshments for our social after the program.
